T-3 CONQUEST LIST

T-3 CONQUEST LIST

T – 3 CONQUEST LIST

T-3 is a Hybrid Conquest List that combines CREDIT SCORE + TITLE DATA + BB/KBB TRADE-IN VALUES  (+ additional filters) for the first time ever, into a purchasable list.

Over the years, the biggest complaints /hurdles I have encountered with my dealers was the inability to target specific makes with a buyable credit score and inaccurate, unreliable conquests lists.

I was tired of failing to deliver results I found acceptable due to circumstances out of my control. This led me on my quest and pursuit to create/find the perfect list. T-3.

COMPONENT BREAKDOWN

CREDIT SCORE + TITLE DATA

Merged into the perfect conquest list,  our favorite list filters; Credit score and Title data are finally together in the same list.

i.e. “I can get you Chevrolet owners but I can not determine what their credit situation is. I can get you credit scores but I have no clue what vehicle they own or drive.”

RESULT: Wasted money on mail and promotions that failed to provide results that made a difference.

 +    KBB/BB TRADE-IN VALUES

Variable data is valuable on many levels but most importantly it increases response rates, brings in buyers, higher closing ratio.

i.e. Michael Jordan, ABC Jeep would like to buy your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 for up to (variable 125% of KBB)

+    ADDITIONAL FILTER

Additional filters can be added to your targeted list, narrowing your list to the exact demographic you are looking for. (age, income, home owners, home value. ethnicity…)

1. PICK THE CREDIT SCORE YOU WANT TO TARGET

2. PICK THE YEAR, MAKE AND MODELS YOU WANT TO TARGET. CHOOSE THE VEHICLES YOU WANT IN YOUR PRE-OWNED INVENTORY

3. PROVIDE TRADE IN VALUES TO THE CONSUMER; INCREASING RESPONSE RATES

WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM

ABSOLUTE AUTO OWNERS MASTERFILE (AAOM)

From a pure Automotive Conquest perspective, in terms of accuracy and coverage, this automotive database out performs all other database of its kind. All of the information is 100% self-reported which means there is no supplemental data to dilute accuracy, nor the excruciatingly painful disclaimer required by the credit bureaus! (you all know what I’m talking about!). This data is legal to use for marketing, it is not sourced from DMV data, and it’s back it up for you with an Indemnification Letter. No other list broker in the industry provides this letter.

T-3 gets its data from the Absolute Auto Owners Masterfile (AAOM).  This Automotive vehicle file is comprised of over 150 million unique VINs, with 500,000 weekly validations and modifications. 50% of the records have email addresses. 25% have phones. (added bonuses).

All records in this file are 100% verified or they are not allowed in. Meaning 100% of the records have complete year, make and model and/or a matching VIN#.

A. DATA SOURCES (where we get the data)

Sources include automobile transactional data sources, aftermarket transactions, insurance, service providers and warranty quotes. The entire file has 100% VINs. We impose a very stringent review and testing process on all potential list sources.

6 month testing period to ensure accuracy, validity, and performance.

Sources are NOT ADDED ON A REGULAR BASIS

B. DATA FACTS

The data is this list is ran through the following resources:

DMA opt out file.

Flagged on Federal and State DNC files

Deceased file from the Social Security Administration

Totaled Vehicle File.

Monthly updates from all of our sources

All files are NCOA, CASS & DPV certified (60 days)

C. ADDITIONAL “HONEST” FACTS TO NOTE

This is NOT a complete file of all vehicles in the U.S Such a file does not exist.

This file does Not include any sales transaction information, for that is illegal

This file as become the best source for conquest marketing yet keep in mind the speed with which “changes and corrections” of data flows. Credit Bureau errors, Carfax vehicle histories. We make every effort to update and keep the data the most current auto data available. There will be a few that are not caught.

(These are the people that always call, informing you know about the error, during commercial breaks of their Jerry Springer Marathons)
